I've just finished the biblical study of dance part 1 &2 by jocelyn richard and it was awesome. i highly encourage those of you in the dance ministry to join us again in the next sessions for part 3 of the biblical study of dance. i've been so blessed by sister jocelyn's sharing about dance and the call of worship. i've been also blessed by her online coaching through out the sessions. the questions posed by other fellow dance ministers makes me feel like i am not the only one suffering from those dance ministry problems. and jocelyn has so many interesting and practical ways of solving them. her wisdom, her warmth exudes throughout the sessions. it has just been so uplifting for me and a booster for my dance ministry. Now i am sharing with my dance leaders in church too about the things i've learnt. I particularly was very ministered by the characther study we did on miriam vs moses.... it has make me wanna strive to know god more intimately... just as moses met with god mouth to mouth!!!

Hi, January is a time of reflection and waiting on the LOrd for me as I seek Him for guidance for our creative arts ministry. I happened to come across a online teleseminar which would really help me to refocus. i believe it would help many who are involved in some kind of dance ministry in church too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Is just so amazing how God can use technology to bless us. Now we dance ministers can learn off the net at the comfort of our homes!

Jocelyn has served as the chief dancer and choreographer for the Elim International Fellowship in Brooklyn, New York under the visionary leadership of Archbishop Wilbert S. McKinley for ten years. As an anointed dance minister and conference speaker, Jocelyn has ministered for churches and Christian organizations throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Jocelyn has also been involved in arts education in both public and private schools for over twenty years. She began her formal dance education as a child, studying at the Joffery Ballet School, and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre School. I am so encouraged to see a church in JB moving towards community works and outreach. Calvary Charismatic church , JB (pastored by Pastor Rajen) has recently started a creative arts centre which is openned to the public. It currently offers art classes and also dance classes (ballet, line dancing etc). It is situated in Taman Sutera, Johor Bahru which is very near where I stay.

As a songwriter, artist, storyteller and teacher Doug is known internationally as a designer and leader of Christians assembled together: arts worship services, retreats, conferences, concerts around the world.

Doug's songs have been recorded by Bill & Gloria Gaither, Buddy Greene, Tony Melendez...while his praise music is sung each week by the Church at large. Truth is communicated in a profound, yet touchable manner and there are few who can present Jesus with such simple yet complex understanding.

Head of Dance at Belhaven College, located in Jackson, MS and earned her BFA from George Mason University and MFA from Arizona State University. Cynthia majored in dance with an emphasis on modern technique, choreography and performance and her experience as a dancer and teacher has taken her to over 15 countries worldwide.

Director & Creator of New Trails Dance Theatre company of Collage, where she along with her husband, Douglas Eltzroth have instructed and promoted the use of the creative arts in various forms for Christian expression of worship. She is the mother of three amazing children.

Shachah Ministries International is planning our very first “Fireworks in the Heavenlies Asia” 1st International Worship Conference, August 9 - 11, 2007.

It will be held in garden city of Singapore, the Antioch of Asia. So, mark your calendars for the month of August and purpose in your heart to join us as we come together to worship the Lord and intercede for Asia.
